"Platform" refers to kyat99's website, services on mobile devices, and all related digital services.

"Player" refers to an individual who holds a registered account on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Each player may only hold one account at kyat99. If more than one account is found, those accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Accurate Information

Players must provide complete and accurate personal information for account registration and all deposit and withdrawal transactions. kyat99 is not responsible if a withdrawal cannot be processed due to inaccurate information provided by the player.

2.4 Account Security

Players must keep their login password confidential and must not share it with anyone. Players are fully responsible for all activity carried out under their account.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted payment methods at kyat99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are usually processed within 5–30 minutes. However, bank verification may cause some delay.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

kyat99 has the right to carry out security checks on any withdrawal. Supporting documents may be requested as part of that verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

kyat99 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times. For example — if you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, you must wager 600,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

4.3 General Promotion Bonus Terms

• To claim any bonus, the player must have an active account on the platform.
• Each promotion may have its own specific conditions; these can be found in the promotion description.
• If kyat99 detects bonus abuse or low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonuses, kyat99 reserves the right to void the bonus.
• Bonuses are awarded in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only.

The kyat99 VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players move up the tiers as their wagering volume increases.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Cashback amounts will be transferred to the player's account after verification by kyat99. Cashback is credited in the form of a bonus and may have a wagering requirement.

When using the kyat99 platform, players must avoid the following actions —

• Exploiting any game glitch or software vulnerability in any way
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
• Operating another person's account under your own name, or transferring funds between accounts
• Making any deposit connected to money laundering
• Attempting to harm the platform or other players through any form of cyber attack
• Submitting false registration or identity documents

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, kyat99 has the right to immediately suspend and close the player's account and review any remaining balance.
